Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who We Are

A1 Windows ("we," "us," or "our") is a window and door replacement company located at 3827 Roswell Rd Suite 123, Marietta, GA 30062. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when contacting us through our website or by phone.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we may collect:

  • Your full name
  • Phone number (including mobile number)
  • Email address
  • Project details you choose to share
  • The website or app that sent you to our site (for example, Google or Instagram), so we know how you found us

We do not collect payment information through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your quote request and answer questions about our services
  • Schedule in-home consultations
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages related to your project
  • Send SMS text messages if you have opted in (see Section 4)

We do not use your information for automated marketing campaigns, and we do not sell your data.

4. SMS Messaging — 10DLC Compliance

By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from A1 Windows at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include:

  • Quote confirmations and appointment scheduling
  • Reminders about upcoming or completed appointments
  • Responses to questions you send us by text

Message frequency: Varies based on your project and communication needs.

Message and data rates: Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message from us at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at Contact@A1window.com or (404) 445-8789.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to communicate with you about your window and door project with A1 Windows.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party tools we use to operate our business (e.g., scheduling software, form processing) — bound by confidentiality agreements and prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: Google and Meta receive information about your visit through the cookies and pixels described in Section 7 (pages visited, and whether a quote or guide request was completed or a call link was tapped) and may use it to measure and show our ads. We do not give them your name, phone number or e-mail.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or our business.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as needed to complete your project and for a reasonable period afterward for service records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function, such as the spam-protection check on our quote form.
  • Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, and general region). This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Google Ads — we may use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing cookies to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. If you arrive from one of our ads, the phone number on the page may show as a Google forwarding number. It rings our office, and Google Ads reports the call to us with details such as the caller’s phone number and area code, when the call happened and how long it lasted.
  • Meta Pixel — we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure our advertising and to show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site. It records the pages you visit and when a quote or guide request is completed or a call link is tapped; we do not send your name, phone number or e-mail to Meta through it.
  • Ad click records — when you arrive from one of our Google ads, we record the ad click ID, your IP address, your browser and device type, your approximate location and network provider (as shown by your IP address), the page you landed on, the ad campaign and whether you then sent us a request. We use this to detect invalid or fraudulent ad clicks and to see which of our ads and pages bring requests. It is kept for 90 days and then deleted. It is never sold. We share it only with Google: IP addresses that look like invalid clicks may be added to our Google Ads exclusion list, and if you send us a request, the ad click ID is saved with it so we can tell Google Ads which ad brought you. The ad click ID is also part of the address of the page you land on, so the analytics and advertising tools listed in this section (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) receive it with that address, as they do for every page you visit.
  • Google Maps — the map on our service-area pages is loaded from Google when you scroll to it, so Google receives your IP address and the page you are on, under Google’s own privacy policy.

You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, control the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences, opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info, and disable cookies entirely in your browser settings at any time.

8. Your Rights and Contact

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
